Blake “Top Dogg” Rashad is a nationally recognized K9 behavior expert, master trainer, public speaker, and founder of the Top Dogg K9 Foundation. With a career spanning military service, law enforcement, expert testimony, and nonprofit leadership, Blake has dedicated his life to understanding canine behavior and using that expertise to change human lives.
From training classified military K9s around the world to developing life-changing service dogs for disabled veterans, his work is grounded in discipline, compassion, and deep respect for the bond between humans and dogs.

Top Dogg K9 Foundation
Through the Top Dogg K9 Foundation, Blake co leads the training and placement of service dogs for disabled military veterans. Each dog is thoughtfully selected and trained to support veterans living with PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, mobility challenges, and other service related disabilities.

What began years ago as a nightly habit of making up stories for his two boys when they were children has now lead to four books. In 2025, Blake Rashad became a published author starting with A Kid's Guide to Trick Training Your Dog. He continued his dog training guide with Unlocking the Code To Housebreaking Your Dog and A Kid's Guide to Dog Ownership.
He broke into modern fables with Chicken and The Rabbit, a cheerful tale of bravery, kindness, and creativity that shows how courage and caring can turn a problem into a joyful tradition. Young readers will hop along with Rabbit's adventure, and families will smile as they share the magic of Easter together.
