Blake “Top Dogg” Rashad is a nationally recognized K9 behavior expert, master trainer, public speaker, and founder of the Top Dogg K9 Foundation. With a career spanning military service, law enforcement, expert testimony, and nonprofit leadership, Blake has dedicated his life to understanding canine behavior and using that expertise to change human lives.
